Programmes at Our Centre

Counselling Services:
We keep our doors open to all those in need of counselling. Manyindividuals and families have approached our centre carrying their struggles and burdens, seeking guidance and support. We have accompanied them with care by dedicating time, creating a safe and trusting space for them to share their pain and challenges.Through this process, we have helped them develop self-awareness regarding their vulnerabilities, limitations, and addictions, and have encouraged them toward healing and recovery. We have also assessed their situations, applied appropriate therapeutic interventions, and, when necessary, referred them to qualified psychiatrists for further care.

Spiritual Guidance:
We offer spiritual guidance to help individuals deepen their relationshipwithGod and discover meaning and purpose in their lives. Through personal accompaniment, we journey with them in their faith experiences, helping them recognize God’ s presence, especially in times of struggle and uncertainty. We guide them in various forms of prayer, Scripture reflection, and practices such as silence, meditation, and examination of conscience. They sre encouraged to grow in self-awareness, discern God’ s will, and make life-giving decisions rooted in faith and values. Special attention is given to those experiencing spiritual dryness, doubt, guilt, or inner conflict, leading them toward healing and reconciliation. Through compassionate listening and prayerful support, we created a sacred space where each person could encounter God’ s love, experience inner peace, and move toward holistic well-being.

Retreat and Recollection with Counsellingfor Religious Sisters:
We are blessed to organize week-long residential retreats and a one-day recollection for religious sisters from various congregations, offering them a sacred time of prayer, renewal, and deep encounter with God. Each day was prayerfully structured with two input sessions, Eucharistic adoration, and ample time for silent prayer and personal reflection, along with the opportunity for individual counselling and spiritual accompaniment. The sisters experienced this time as a grace-filled journey, expressing deep gratitude and joy for the renewal they received. In the calm and serene atmosphere of the Centre, they encountered the gentle presence of God, leading them toward inner healing, reconciliation, and a deepening of their vocation. The retreats became sacred moments of renewal, fostering a spirit of communion, peace, and renewed commitment to their consecrated life.
