Brother Jorden Mai Boarding, Jawalgira
The boarding situated in Jawalgira, Raichur District, serves as a home away from home for many economically disadvantaged children from the locality and nearby villages. It provides them with a safe, caring, and supportive environment where they can pursue their education and grow in a spirit of love, discipline, and responsibility. The Sisters play a significant role in guiding and nurturing the children by instilling moral values, fostering good habits, and encouraging them to become responsible and self-reliant individuals. Along with academic support, special attention is given to their holistic development, particularly character formation, personal growth, and the development of social and spiritual values. At present, the boarding accommodates 35 children, offering them opportunities to build a better future through education, guidance, and compassionate care.
